"Know your history." What I mean by this is, it's not enough to have a great resume, or job profile, but a candidate needs to ensure that he or she is clearly familiar with their background and experience. This speaks to credibility during the interview process. For example, say I interview for a prospective position as a java developer. My resume may list numerous projects and/or assignments that I have completed, but if I can't clearly identify what I did (steps, actions, results) of my work, it almost seems as if someone else could have written the resume for me. Anything on a resume is fair game during an interview, so be ready with responses to questions regarding what's on there.

I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be
sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with
everyone.

Know the company, their niche, their product line, their history. I can't think of anything more embarrasing in an interview than not knowing anything about that company that you are interviewing with. Well, maybe what Steve Navarro said would be more embarrasing, not knowing about the things that you wrote on your resume. But, it is very important to know lots of information about that company you are interviewing with. Do your homework.
