I totally agree, in order to not be expendable we must make ourselves NOT expendable. They may be able to easily outsource the techy side of us but if we bring more than that to the table we will be fine. I'm currently taking some online mba courses in order to really invest in my business skills.

Anyways, your book sounds interesting but that link is dead! Please fix so I can check it out.
