As a hiring manager I've placed ads for candidates, reviewed resumes and conducted job interviews, all with the nagging feeling--is there really a great candidate hidden behind a not-so-great resume or job interview?

Am I hiring the person who simply marketed themselves the best, and not the best person for the job?

As Owner of Red Inc. I have had the opportunity to bring out those fantastic candidates previously hidden behind some blah resumes and lackluster interview performances.

I work with my clients to uncover their talents and bring them out on paper and in person. Everyone has a unique story to tell an employer.

I've worked with candidates across many different industries and even in West Africa and Beirut! By reviewing the job descriptions that they are applying for, and conducting an hour-long interview, I know what the hiring managers are looking for, and how my client meets those requirements. I then write the resume, or coach them through an interview to give them the confidence they need to get the job.
