Everyone says job boards are dying – so it's true, right?

A recurrent theme in blog posts and Tweets is that job boards are dying. Usually this is coupled with a prediction that they’ll be replaced by social media or Google. The popularity of this subject, in turn, spawns two questions:

Job board activity rising

February's online recruiting news roundup is live.

I'd say the biggest news this time is not in print. The big news is that job boards are getting busier and our revenue is stable or growing. Usually, we have a better sense for where the economy is going than the economists, so I'd say look for positive news coming out in the next couple months.
