Seeking advice for my daughter

My daughter is an independent recruiter in a nitch technology segment. She had a good business filling job orders at between 20 and 25% before she went out on maternity leave last Oct. About Me:
For the last nine years I've been a career transition and job search coach. I work with managers, executives and professionals from around the world who are in a job search or are considering or in a career transition. My clients and I work together to gain clarity on work that will stimulate and fulfill them as well as compensate them well. Once this clarity is gained, they execute on a carefully planned comprehensive job search to land a job that is right for them. One thing that differentiates me from most career coaches is that, because I was an executive search consultant and recruiter prior to becoming a coach, I support my clients until they actually land the job they want.

I am happy to offer anyone who is interested in my services a complimentary one hour consultation to discuss their current situation and well as their dreams for the future. I will share my processes with them and discuss the various coaching programs I offer.
