About Me:
The majority of my professional career has been spent recruiting and developing talent for both external and internal clients while holding talent acquisition, HR and general management positions. I’ve experienced both large global service organizations and small start-ups, several of which I co-founded and built from the ground up. I’ve developed sound people, strategic planning and management skills with specific expertise in full life cycle recruitment and the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategy. As top HR executive in the start-ups, I gained solid HR generalist capabilities especially in the areas of employee relations, retention, performance management and training. Additionally, my P&L management responsibilities provided me first hand knowledge of what is required to successfully deliver profitable growth.

My current goal is to work with organizations that truly view talent management as a competitive advantage and are committed to implementing a people strategy that has a measurable positive impact on business outcomes.

How To Never Miss Your Next Big Job Opportunity

Opportunities are all around us. We just have to know how to spot them and when to accept them.In terms of finding a new job, closing yourself off to new opportunities is one of the worst things you can do.
