Are you thinking about a career change?

Is a career reinvention in the cards for you?In the current economic climate, I have found that many of my clients are being forced to either switch industries or change careers entirely in order to find work. Many of them are not happy about it, but feel that if they do nothing, they will be without work for a very long time.In fact a recent study by Monster.com has found that 89% of job seekers said they would think about an industry change to secure employment. About Me:
Career reinvention is my passion! I coach highly educated professionals in New England who are burned out from their current professional pursuit. They are seeking more meaning in their work, and a chance to again ignite the internal spark and passion that has been dimmed by their current role. By leveraging cutting-edge career and brand assessments, I help clients envision reinvention possibilities, test out hypotheses, and begin to reshape their professional lives. My motto is: “The answers are right under your nose; you just need to step off the treadmill of life and spend some quality time in introspective analysis and rediscover yourself.”

My own story is one of gutsy enterprising reinvention and renewal, so I can clearly empathize with my clients. I have redefined myself numerous times: from earning a language degree to an international MBA, from working in high tech to consulting to higher education, and finally to career coaching. My journey has been frequently fun, at times frustrating, but always an inspirational learning experience!!!!

After many years of reshaping and renewal, I can honestly say, I have my found my DREAM job and have achieved a very acceptable level of work-life balance, and I know I can help guide my clients to the same result.
