- Having more than 2.5 years experience in a business setting, and a solid knowledge in management should be of interest to companies seeking a long term employee who is able to take on multiple assignments.
I have spearheaded multiple assignments and projects both inside and outside of school. From formal business consulting projects to developing compensation plans, to writing business reports on various companies and industries, my educational experience has provided me with valuable practical experience; experience which I aim to expand on and solidify.
I strive to improve myself at every corner in order to grow into a valuable asset for the company. Therefore, one my goals is to get my CHRP designation with the intention to maximize the value I give back to the company, no matter if the company is small, medium, or large.
