I keep thinking I'll check more of these out as I get spare time, but yeah, right. And that's the key dilemma - besides LinkedIn and Facebook, which ones will dominate to be the most valuable Web 2.0 job search tools? Any early guesses?

I fail to understand how exactly can a job seeker look for jobs on twitter or flickr though. Besides LinkedIn how can somebody find or get a job? I don't quite understand how a recruiter can discover talent through a myspace wall post.

Could I ask you for more details?
