One thing that is sometimes difficult for job seekers to understand is that there is no one "right" way to conduct a job search or to write a resume. Every job, organization and industry requires something different. It would be nice if everyone could simply do some on-line research and write the perfect resume for themselves based on someone else's template or ideas.

If you aren't an electrician, would you wire your own house (and live in it)? If you aren't a hairdresser, would you cut your own hair?
