Getting Social With Job Boards

If you're a part of Secrets of the Job Hunt network, you're headed in the right direction for finding your next job. You've recognized that there's more out there than Monster and Careerbuilder, and you need to be "social" to get a job. I've said it many times, but today's electronic job boards are akin to the want ads in the 80's.
