How people are getting hired

I came across a post on the LinkedIn blog that shows a study of how people are getting hired. This graph shows you where companies are getting candidates.

So if you are a job seeker you need to make sure you are part of these sources. Job hunting in 2009 means taking an 'all-inclusive' approach to being found. Good luck.
