Your Resume's 4 Audiences: Best of reCareered

Most job seekers write their resume for the hiring manager. That's it.

Did you realize that your resume has up to 4 audiences, not just one?

Miss what's important to any one of those four audiences and you'll be
passed over for interviews and offers.

Hi, do you have a recommended template for a resume that you can post? Thank you.

I don't recommend a single style, because everyone has a different situation. It's clearer to define components of resumes and discuss situations where a component can be useful. You can find discussions and examples of components on my blog at http://reCareered.blogspot.com. You can look under the label resumes (on the right hand column).
